While I wish I could offer less expensive shipping, those costs have escalated dramatically
and even these charges only partly cover my packing & shipping expenses.

Generally, orders will be shipped within three days of your order date.

The actual shipping time will be confirmed to you via email after I have received your order and package tracking numbers will be emailed when they are available.

Expedited shipping MAY be available. Please contact me for details.

Returns

In general I consider all sales final. In the very unlikely event there is a problem or dissatisfaction, please contact me first, via the contact form by clicking HERE to discuss it with me. If authorized by me in your contact with me, returns MUST be shipped, at your expense, within 14 days of original delivery to the address on the order. Any refund or credit will be ONLY for the artwork and will NOT include  the original shipping costs (my full ACTUAL cost, not just the amounts listed above which are lower) nor any return shipping charges unless the reason for return is because of damage during shipping or delayed delivery that is the fault of the carrier.

Absolutely no refunds, credits or adjustments of any kind will be made for returns sent without pre-authorization and even with authorization, this amount will be made clear in written (email) correspondence.
